Terms of Use

Aetheric is a software platform designed to help small businesses create and publish websites, collect customer inquiries, understand website activity and use AI-assisted tools to improve their online presence and growth efforts.

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and may use Aetheric only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. If you use Aetheric on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining control of the account, email address and third-party authentication method used to access Aetheric. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may use third-party identity providers such as Google and infrastructure providers such as Supabase to authenticate and maintain your account.

You retain ownership of business information, text, images, files, products, branding and other material you submit to Aetheric. You grant Aetheric a limited license to host, process, reproduce, modify and display that material only as necessary to provide, secure and improve the service and to carry out actions you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to use and publish the content you provide. You may not use Aetheric to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights of another person.

Aetheric may use artificial intelligence to generate website copy, layouts, edits, business suggestions, growth recommendations and other outputs. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular business, industry or legal requirement.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated material before publishing or relying on it. Aetheric does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice, and growth recommendations do not guarantee traffic, customers, sales or revenue.

Aetheric may allow your published website to collect inquiries and place them in a customer pipeline. You are responsible for the lawful collection, use, storage and follow-up of information belonging to your customers, prospects and website visitors.

You must provide any privacy notices and obtain any consent required for your business. You must not use Aetheric to collect highly sensitive or regulated information unless you have confirmed that the service and your configuration are appropriate for that purpose.

You are responsible for the content, offers, claims, products and services displayed on websites you publish through Aetheric. If you connect a custom domain, you are responsible for maintaining ownership or control of that domain and for complying with the requirements of your domain registrar and other applicable providers.

We may disable a published site or domain connection when reasonably necessary to address security risks, abuse, legal requirements, non-payment or violations of these Terms.

You may not use Aetheric to:

• break the law or facilitate unlawful activity;
• distribute malware, phishing content, spam or deceptive material;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your business;
• infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• attempt to bypass security, access controls, plan limits or usage restrictions;
• interfere with the operation of Aetheric or another user's service;
• use automated means to overload, scrape or abuse the platform except as expressly permitted;
• publish content that creates a material security, fraud or legal risk for Aetheric or other users.

Aetheric may offer free and paid plans. Features, limits and pricing may vary by plan and may change over time. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe or another disclosed payment provider according to the billing period shown when you subscribe.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal through the billing controls made available by Aetheric. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where Aetheric expressly states otherwise.

If a payment fails or a subscription ends, paid features may be restricted, downgraded or disabled. We will not intentionally transfer ownership of your custom domain merely because a subscription ends, but continued hosting or platform-connected functionality may require an active plan.

Aetheric relies on or integrates with third-party services such as authentication providers, hosting providers, databases, payment processors, AI providers, domain platforms and messaging services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Aetheric is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Aetheric, its software, interface, design system, brand, logos, documentation and platform technology are owned by Aetheric or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you permit us to use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.

We work to keep Aetheric available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, added, limited or discontinued as the product evolves. We may perform maintenance or make changes necessary for security, legal compliance or platform operation.

You may stop using Aetheric at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, non-payment, security risk, fraud, legal requirement or conduct that materially harms the service or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aetheric is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and any warranty that use of Aetheric will produce a particular business, marketing, search-ranking, conversion or revenue result.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aetheric and its operators, affiliates and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the aggregate liability relating to Aetheric will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Aetheric during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100, unless applicable law requires a different result.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Aetheric and its operators from claims, damages and expenses arising from your published content, your products or services, your handling of customer information, your violation of law, or your material breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms as Aetheric evolves. Material changes may be communicated through the service or another reasonable method. Continued use of Aetheric after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent except as permitted by law; we may transfer these Terms as part of a financing, reorganization, acquisition or sale of the service.
