Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly to Aetheric, information generated as you use the service, and limited information received from service providers you choose to connect.

• Account information. When you sign in with Google or another supported provider, we may receive your name, email address, profile image and identifiers required to create and secure your account.
• Business information. This can include your business name, description, industry, products or services, audience, location, pricing, contact details, brand preferences, goals and other information you add to Business Memory or use to generate a website.
• Website content and files. We store the pages, copy, images, products, settings, domains and other material you create, upload or publish through Aetheric.
• Customer and lead information. If visitors submit forms on a website you publish with Aetheric, the information they provide may be stored in your Aetheric customer pipeline so you can follow up with them.
• Usage and analytics data. We may collect page views, visits, CTA interactions, form events, conversion signals, timestamps, referring information and similar first-party activity needed to provide analytics and growth recommendations.
• Billing information. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Aetheric may receive transaction identifiers, plan status, customer identifiers and billing status, but we do not need to store your full payment-card number.
• Technical information. We may receive browser type, device information, IP address, logs, error information and security signals needed to operate, troubleshoot and protect the service.

We use information to provide and improve Aetheric, including to:

• create and authenticate accounts;
• generate, edit, publish and host websites;
• remember business context so AI features can produce more relevant results;
• receive and organize website inquiries and customer leads;
• measure traffic, conversion and customer intent;
• provide growth recommendations and AI-assisted workflows;
• process subscriptions and manage billing status;
• provide support, prevent abuse, investigate errors and secure the platform;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

Some Aetheric features use third-party infrastructure and AI providers to process requests. Information you submit to an AI feature may be sent to an AI service solely as needed to generate or improve the requested output. We aim to send only the context needed for the feature to work.

Aetheric also relies on service providers for authentication, databases, storage, hosting, payments and related infrastructure. These may include providers such as Supabase, Google, Vercel, Stripe and configured AI-model providers. Their processing is also subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• with service providers that operate Aetheric on our behalf;
• when you choose to publish information on a public website;
• when you connect or direct Aetheric to use a third-party service;
• when required by law, legal process, safety or security obligations;
• as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

When you use Aetheric to collect information from your own customers or website visitors, you are responsible for determining what information you collect and for providing any notices or obtaining any consent required by applicable law. Aetheric processes that information to provide the service to you.

If your business operates in a regulated industry or collects sensitive information, you should confirm that your intended use of Aetheric is appropriate before collecting that information through the platform.

Aetheric may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, session management, security, preferences and product analytics. Published Aetheric sites may also use first-party measurement needed to provide the owner with visitor and conversion insights.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform. You may remove content from the service, and you may request account deletion subject to information we must retain for legitimate legal, security or billing purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you are also responsible for protecting access to your account and any connected services.

Aetheric and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live or operate your business. Where required, we use appropriate measures intended to protect information when it is transferred internationally.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or object to particular processing. You can update much of your business information inside Aetheric and may contact us regarding additional requests.

Aetheric is designed for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Aetheric evolves. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the service or by another reasonable method. The date at the top of this page shows when this policy was last updated.
